 “We are so grateful to have been chosen as a donation recipient by The Family Foccus Initiative. The items that Janet Maddox and her team have provided to our program allows us to continue to meet the basic needs of our shelter residents and while also providing residents with paper products and cleaning supplies to take with them into their independent housing. We have seen recently a rise in women coming in with young children which has increased our need for pack and plays. The Family Foccus Initiative has provided us with the ability to promote safe sleeping practices for these families during their shelter stay and afterwards. We feel extremely blessed to have community partners that understand the impact this pandemic has had on families experiencing domestic violence and their commitment to helping the families we are serving.”
