OUR HISTORY

Our leadership team is passionate about taking action, a principle that inspired the foundation's creation.

FFI is a nonprofit organization based in Gastonia, North Carolina, committed to supporting the high school seniors students from at-risk communities of Gaston County. We focus on student cohorts more prone to experiencing socioeconomic, environmental, or systemic challenges. From a young age, our founders witnessed their parents actively contribute to their communities, teaching them to believe in possibilities, give back, and remain hopeful about the future by drawing on their ancestors' lessons. 

We aim to collaborate with high schools, faith groups, businesses, and local government to create a brighter future for at-risk public-school students, understanding that collective effort is essential.
