Our community outreach team is helping to connect, organize and inspire the school’s internal champions so they have the support they need to educate and engage our students, their families, and teachers.
A core benefit of our high schools partnerships is the ability of the school’s guidance counselors and social workers to collaborate with the teachers, students, and their parents to determine academic or personal hygiene items needed in support of their sustainability, wellbeing, and resilience.
FFI is proud to offer scholarships ($1,500) to high school seniors from at-risk communities, who are pursuing higher education. Scholarships will be awarded to African American STEM majors.
This scholarship is an academic grant wherein the at-risk student can receive the support they need to help them achieve academic growth.
The scholarship assists in providing access to materials, books, meal plans, etc., as needed to obtain the higher education the student is seeking.
FFI is committed to helping our High School-to-College Scholarships recipients achieve the higher education they are intensely striving for.
We are committed to supporting our scholarship recipients as they are navigating the headwinds of life challenges in their second year of higher education. We encourage them to work hard, keep their grades in line, and stay in touch with us.
The second-year scholarship are funds that are eligible to receive to help mitigate their 2nd year of higher education academic expenses.
Apply for a value-added second-year scholarship in the second year of your higher education journey.
